New research may have discovered the brain location of 'sleep paralysis'

Our sleep system usually prevents us from acting out our dreams, and also prevents us from slipping into 'sleep paralysis' or abruptly going into REM sleep while awake.  When things go wrong, people display sleep disorders.  Neurofeedback may help the the brain to rebalance, and reduce the severity of sleep disorders.
