Correspondence to attorneys, etc:       priced per specific type 

EEG Biofeedback (Neurofeedback)      insurance is not filed. cost saving packages are available

We will always strive to estimate for you the cost of evaluations and/or correspondence.  We do file insurance when appropriate.  Self-pay and copays are due at the time of the service.
